      <image:title>Vision - Lead by example.</image:title>
<image:caption>Infusing my core values of passion, purpose, and service into all aspects of my work with others creates positive meaning and produces positive effects. Using my leadership philosophy to help clients move towards what is life-giving and away from what is life-depleting helps shape everyday focus and attitude. Helping clients understand what they do well and what is working in their lives provides building blocks to excel. Assisting clients and athletes in discovering and acquiring both a strengths-based and emotion-based vocabulary establishes strong communication techniques and promotes whole-person development. By focusing on self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills (the five pivotal Emotional Intelligence skills) athletes and clients are able to pursue personal and performance excellence. Layering mental skills training with technical skills development provides the structure for athletes to function at full capacity and realize their greatest goals and dreams. — Melissa Aycock Certified Mental Performance Consultant, Trainer, Coach, Athlete, Life-Long Learner</image:caption>
